HyperPNL promises payouts that even the firm cannot block. The rules are short and generous, but the contracts behind the promise are not published.

This HyperPNL review examines one of the newer Hyperliquid-based prop firms. HyperPNL sells evaluations paid in USDC, fills orders against Hyperliquid's live order book and sends 80% of profits back in USDC once a day. Its rulebook is one of the most lenient we track. The open question is how much of its "everything on-chain" pitch you can actually check.

What HyperPNL is and who runs it

The operator is Hyperpnl Ltd., registered in George Town, Grand Cayman, as CO-425378. Its terms carry a date of 29 January 2026 and the firm took control of its Trustpilot page that May. According to one industry survey, the project grew out of a Hyperliquid community hackathon. You will find the company's name only in the legal terms, not the homepage, and no individuals appear anywhere on the site. Those terms also disclaim any status as a broker, exchange, dealer or adviser.

You trade in HyperPNL's own web app, logging in by email or wallet. Crypto perpetuals are priced from Hyperliquid. Non-crypto markets (FX, indices, stocks, commodities) take prices from Ostium and from HIP-3 markets on Hyperliquid. Despite real prices, the evaluation is simulated and balances have no monetary value under the terms. Read simulated vs real capital for the background.

Only $5,000, $10,000 and $25,000 accounts are on sale. Larger $50,000 and $100,000 accounts have been marked "Soon" every time they were checked from June to September 2026. You can hold one evaluation at a time, and one account per trader. A funded account stays on the rules that applied when you bought it, except for changes made across the whole platform, for example to leverage or the instrument list.

The rules that matter most

Each day's limit is fixed from your equity at midnight UTC and stays put until the next reset. Most crypto firms use a balance snapshot around 00:30 UTC instead, so this is worth understanding. Our daily drawdown explainer covers the difference. Both balance and equity are checked, and breaching either ends the account.

The maximum floor sits at a fixed level below your starting balance and never rises. On a $10,000 1-Step Flex that floor is $9,500. Start a day with $10,400 of equity and the daily floor for that day is $10,088; the overall floor remains $9,500.

The docs contradict themselves here. On the 1-Step rules page, the heading gives a 5% static limit while the text underneath says 9%, with a worked example lifted from the two-phase page. The FAQ and the pricing card both say 5%, and we record 5%. Confirm with support if you plan to run close to the limit.

Beyond that, the rulebook is short. There is no stop-loss requirement, no per-trade risk cap and no consistency rule, and news trading and weekend holding are both allowed. Copy trading and hedging across accounts are banned. The docs state that a rule which is not documented is not enforced. That is generous, but it also leaves you guessing about what the firm might call abusive trading. HyperPNL appears on our no-consistency-rule list.

Leverage and trading costs

The docs list maximum leverage of 20x on crypto and stocks and 50x on FX, indices and commodities, with exact limits shown in the terminal. A paid tester in September 2026 measured lower effective leverage in practice, about 5x on bitcoin on a $5,000 account. Crypto trading costs 0.045% per side for taker orders and 0.015% for maker orders, and funding is passed through at Hyperliquid's rates. The same tester measured execution costs of around 0.055% of volume. HyperPNL also appears on our high-leverage crypto prop firms list.

Costs and value per $10K

Account 1-Step Flex 2-Step 1-Step per $10K
$5,000 $42 $50 $84
$10,000 $86 $90 $86
$25,000 $215 $213 $86

Unusually, the cost per $10K barely changes with size. Most firms get cheaper per unit as accounts grow, but here the largest account is priced almost exactly like the smallest per $10K. You pay only in USDC, sent from a wallet or bought through a card-to-crypto step, and are non-refundable once you start trading. There were no promotions or add-ons when we checked. Compare with other firms on our cheapest crypto prop firms list.

Payouts: fast, but can you verify them?

You can request one payout a day from your first funded day. You need to be flat, up by 1% or more, and asking for no less than 1% of the account size ($100 on a $10,000 account). The split is a flat 80%. USDC lands in your HyperPNL wallet inside the app, and from there you withdraw to any address. The firm claims payouts take under three seconds.

HyperPNL says "even we can't reject your payout", yet section 6 of its terms disclaims any promise about when, or whether, a payout is made, and no pool or contract address is published.

The firm says a public pool funded by fees pays traders automatically through smart contracts. Neither the website nor the documentation gives that pool's address. One independent tester traced their $42 fee on Arbitrum only as far as a deposit into a third-party bridge. Trustpilot reviewers report fast, repeated payouts, and one complains there is no way to see where the pool can be checked. Payout Junction, which only counts wallet-matched payouts, does not list HyperPNL. Until an address is published, treat these as quick USDC transfers rather than auditable on-chain payouts. Our on-chain crypto prop firms page compares firms on this point.

Who can join

The homepage says anyone can take part, but the terms (section 3.1) exclude the United States and its territories, Canada and sixteen more jurisdictions, including Russia, Iran and Venezuela. The terms win. There is no document KYC for payouts at present; access is controlled by wallet screening and geo-blocking, and the trader is responsible for eligibility. UK and Indian traders are not excluded.

Recent changes

HyperPNL made no rule, price or model changes in October 2026. The only entries in our rule change log are our own additions: the founding year and the current absence of payout KYC, recorded on 13 October.

Who HyperPNL suits, and who should avoid it

HyperPNL suits Hyperliquid traders who want very few rules, static floors, daily USDC withdrawals and no consistency calculation. It works well for small accounts.

Avoid it if you need more than $25,000, live in the US or Canada, or want payouts you can audit on a block explorer. Propr publishes a traceable payout feed, Velotrade links each payout to Arbiscan, and Breakout accepts US traders with accounts up to $200,000.

HyperPNL review verdict

Our HyperPNL review scores the firm 58 out of 100. Rule leniency and transparency score well: the rulebook is short and clearly published. Access suffers from the US and Canada exclusion, and the account ceiling is low. The gap between the on-chain marketing and what can be verified is the main concern. HyperPNL is worth a small test account, not a large commitment, until it publishes its contract addresses.

Frequently asked questions

Is HyperPNL trading real on Hyperliquid?

No. An off-chain engine matches your orders to Hyperliquid order-book prices, but the evaluation is simulated and balances have no monetary value under the terms.

How often can I withdraw from HyperPNL?

Once a day from your first funded day, provided you have no open positions, are up at least 1% and ask for 1% of account size or more. Payouts are in USDC at an 80% split.

Can I verify HyperPNL payouts on-chain?

Only partly. USDC arrives on-chain, but the firm has not published a pool or payout contract address, so the smart-contract claim cannot be independently checked.

Does HyperPNL have a consistency rule?

No. Neither plan has a consistency rule, a per-trade risk cap or a stop-loss requirement, and funded accounts have no minimum-day rule.

Can US or Canadian traders use HyperPNL?

No. Section 3.1 of the terms excludes the United States and its territories, Canada and several other jurisdictions, despite the homepage saying there are no restrictions.
