This Propr review covers a young firm that markets itself as built on chain. Propr sells challenges on Hyperliquid perpetuals covering crypto, stocks, indices, commodities and currencies, and pays a flat 80% in USDC that anyone can trace. Its payout evidence is the strongest of any on-chain firm we track. The accounts, however, are fully simulated, and a few clauses deserve a careful read.

What Propr is and who runs it

Propr Limited, registration number 2211330, is based at Trinity Chambers in Road Town, British Virgin Islands. Every page states that the BVI Financial Services Commission does not regulate it. Payments are handled by a merchant of record, Odeonpay ALE S.R.L. Founder Louis Régis posts monthly revenue figures on X, including $1,085,676 for August 2026. The first rulebook is dated 25 February 2026, and the first payout on the firm's dashboard is dated 23 April 2026.

What "on chain" actually means here

Your account is simulated. You hold no position, no keys and no exchange account. Propr copies a share of traders' signals to its own Hyperliquid wallets and labels each trade A-book or B-book. CryptoSlate reported that roughly 5% of signals are copied. What is genuinely on chain is the payout: USDC on Ethereum, with a transaction hash on a public dashboard. An independent review in September 2026 traced one payout to the exact amount, and matched a published hedge wallet against Hyperliquid's API. Our on-chain prop firms page explains the different meanings of the term.

Reputation

Trustpilot showed 4.3 from 70 reviews at our last check, with 86% five-star and replies to every negative review. The one-star reviews mostly argue that the "on chain" label oversells a simulated product. The September reviewer also searched 16 subreddits and found no funded trader describing either a payout or a complaint, so public trader evidence is still thin.

How the Propr challenge works

Plan Target Daily limit Max floor Floor type
Turbo 1-Step 9% 3% 3% Static
Pro 1-Step 12% 3% 5% Static
Classic 1-Step 10% 3% 6% Static
Classic 2-Step 5%, then 10% 5% 8% Trailing

Note the unusual 2-step order: the smaller target comes first. There are no minimum trading days and no time limit, so one trade can be enough to pass. No identity check is needed to buy. Identity is proved with ID plus a live selfie before funding begins, and a failed check forfeits pending rewards.

The rules that matter most

Drawdown

The daily limit is a share of your balance at the 00:00 UTC day start, measured against equity. On the 1-step plans the overall floor never leaves the starting balance. On the 2-step it follows your equity peak, open profit counted, stops rising once it reaches the starting balance, and resets after each payout. Any touch of the floor, however brief, ends the account with no grace or appeal. Our trailing vs static drawdown explainer and drawdown calculator help you plan around it.

Propr's homepage promises rules that don't change, and active funded accounts do keep the rules in force when they were activated. Even so, the way daily loss is calculated was revised three times during 2026, in April and twice in July.

Consistency, stop-loss, news and weekends

There is no consistency rule on any plan, no stop-loss requirement and no per-trade loss cap, though position caps apply by market, from $1,000,000 on BTC and ETH down to as little as $50,000 on thin assets. News trading and weekend holding are allowed, with Hyperliquid funding rates passed through. Propr publishes a developer API, and nothing in its rules forbids automated trading. See firms with the same freedom on our no consistency rule list.

Hedging and copy trading

Hedging inside one account is fine. Hedging across Propr accounts, against an outside exchange or another prop firm, or with correlated assets such as long ETH against short SOL, is banned. Copy trading is contradictory: the rulebook allows it between your own accounts, while the funded terms forbid it, and the terms take precedence. Ask support before running two accounts in parallel.

Costs and value per $10K

Prices run from $25 for a $5,000 Turbo 1-Step to $1,998 for a $200,000 Classic 1-Step. There are no add-ons, and fees can't be refunded after activation. Hyperliquid's maker and taker fees pass through at cost, with no platform or data fees.

Size Turbo 1-Step Pro 1-Step Classic 2-Step Classic 1-Step
$10,000 $100 $170 $200 $220
$100,000 $90 $139.80 $149.80 $199.80
$200,000 $89.90 $139.90 $149.90 $199.80

Those per-$10,000 figures include one reset. Turbo is cheapest because its 3% floor is the tightest. Total evaluation capital is capped at $200,000, and total funded capital at $300,000.

Payouts: speed, method and proof

Propr pays 80%, flat, in USDC on Ethereum. You can request whenever you like, with no waiting period and a $20 minimum. The stated maximum is 24 hours. The firm's dashboard reported a median of about 8 minutes in late October 2026, while the September independent review measured about 37 minutes across 449 payouts. Every payout sweeps all profit, and the balance resets to its starting level.

Under clause 5.3 of the funded terms, every approved payout is a discretionary settlement. The chain shows payouts made, not requests refused.

The same reviewer counted 19 refused requests with no reason given. By 27 October 2026, the firm's own dashboard claimed $3.40 million paid. For how this compares, see prop firms that pay in crypto.

Recent changes

Between 13 and 27 October 2026, Propr widened its hedging ban to correlated assets and other prop firms, banned trading several accounts from one household, device or IP address, introduced the $200,000 evaluation cap, and dropped the free trial from the homepage configurator. None of this appeared on its public changelog. Track every entry in our rule changes log.

Who Propr suits, and who should avoid it

It suits traders who value verifiable payouts, scalpers and news traders who want no consistency rule, multi-asset traders who want FX and indices beside crypto, and developers who want an API.

Avoid it if you live in Nigeria, Pakistan or one of the other 29 listed jurisdictions, if you want a split above 80%, or if a discretionary payout clause is a deal-breaker. US residents are not on the restricted list, but the firm does not state outright that it accepts them. Compare it with Kraken Prop for price and HyroTrader for static limits on every plan.

Propr review verdict

Our Propr review scores it 79 out of 100. Payout terms are among the best we track: fast, on demand, low minimum and publicly provable. Rules are lenient and prices are low. The deductions are for the discretionary payout clause, the zero-tolerance equity floor and several contradictions between its own documents. If you can live with those, Propr is one of the most transparent crypto-first firms available.

Frequently asked questions

Is Propr legit?

Yes. Propr Limited is a named BVI company, its rulebook is public, and an independent reviewer traced its USDC payouts on Ethereum. The main caution is that its terms make every payout discretionary.

Does Propr trade on chain?

Not for you. All accounts are simulated. Propr copies some signals to its own Hyperliquid wallets and pays you in USDC on chain, but you never hold a real position.

How fast does Propr pay out?

Whenever you ask, from $20, with no waiting period. The stated maximum is 24 hours. The firm reported a median of around 8 minutes in October 2026.

Does Propr have a consistency rule?

No. There is no consistency rule, no minimum trading days and no stop-loss requirement on any plan.

Which countries can not use Propr?

Propr restricts 31 named jurisdictions as well as anywhere under OFAC sanctions, among them Nigeria, Pakistan, Russia and Iran. The US is not on the list.
