High Leverage Crypto Prop Firms: Max Leverage by Pair
Four firms allow 1:100 or more on crypto. Headline leverage matters less than the per-trade cap and drawdown floor that limit how much of it you can use.
Swiss-run firm with 715 crypto pairs across MT5, Match-Trader and a Bybit venue
Cheap Bybit and Cleo plans with a split you pick, but three floor types and a Stability Score to watch
Instant, one-step, two-step and Nitro accounts on Bybit or Cleo, with a Funded Score gating every payout
Telegram-first firm with on-chain USDT payouts, but per-period payout caps and KYC its FAQ denies
Bybit Demo challenges with a full fee refund, but a 2% per-trade cap and 7-day inactivity rule
Static floors on every plan and an Arbiscan link for every payout; watch the qualifying days and early cap
Crypto-only firm on Bybit demo accounts with 700+ pairs at 1:30, but a 21-day wait for the first payout
Hyperliquid perps from $25, no consistency rule, and 80% paid in USDC on chain with a public hash
Short rulebook, static floors and daily USDC payouts, but unverifiable contracts and a $25K ceiling
Four of the 27 active firms we track qualify as high leverage crypto prop firms at 1:100 or above. HyroTrader leads with up to 1:150 on Bitcoin and Ether on Bybit and BloFin, and 1:50 to 1:100 on most other pairs. Crypto Fund Trader allows up to 1:100 on its Bybit venue and larger MT5 or Match-Trader accounts, with no per-trade cap published. Mubite gives 1:100 on Bybit or Cleo with a static floor. Klein Funding also reaches 1:100 on its Bybit accounts. Most other firms stop at 1:5 or lower on Bitcoin.
What high leverage at crypto prop firms really means
At 1:100, a position can be 100 times the margin it uses, so $1,000 of margin opens a $100,000 position. Leverage sets the largest position you can open. Your firm's loss limits decide how much of that position you can survive.
Take a $100,000 account at Mubite, where one trade may lose no more than 3% of equity, or $3,000. A $1,000,000 Bitcoin position at 1:100 needs $10,000 of margin and hits that $3,000 loss on a 0.3% move. At Dolvero, where the cap is 2% of the starting balance, the same position fails on a 0.2% move, and the first breach ends the account. Usable leverage is the loss cap divided by the move you expect against you. Try your own numbers in the position size calculator.
| Firm | BTC leverage | Altcoin leverage | What limits it |
|---|---|---|---|
| HyroTrader | Up to 1:150 (BTC, ETH) | 50x-100x on most | 3-5% static daily floor; funded notional capped at 2x balance |
| Crypto Fund Trader | Up to 1:100 (Bybit, Advanced) | Same | No per-trade cap published |
| Mubite | 1:100 | 1:100 | 3% of equity per trade |
| Klein Funding | Bybit up to 1:100; Cleo 1:5 | Bybit up to 1:100; Cleo 1:2 | 50-second minimum on Bybit trades |
| Dolvero | Up to 50:1 | Up to 50:1 | 2% per trade idea; first breach ends account |
| Fundedbit | 1:30 | 1:30 | 2% open risk per pair |
| HyperPNL | 20x | 20x | None |
| E8 Markets | 1:15 (perps) | 1:2 | None published |
| Breakout | 10x | 5x, 3x, then 2x | None published |
| Velotrade | 10x (5x funded) | 2x on most | None |
Headline leverage is the least useful number on this page. The per-trade cap and the daily floor decide how big a position you can actually hold.
Five checks before you buy for leverage
- Check leverage on your pair. Breakout gives 10x on Bitcoin but 5x on about 20 pairs and 2x on smaller altcoins.
- Check funded leverage. Velotrade drops Bitcoin from 10x to 5x once funded, and FundingPips cuts crypto from 1:2 to 1:1. A strategy passed at 10x has to work at half.
- Check the per-trade cap. HyroTrader and Crypto Fund Trader publish none. Mubite (3%), Dolvero (2%) and Fundedbit (2% per pair) do.
- Compare liquidation to your floor. At high leverage, the account floor or loss cap usually ends a trade before the exchange's liquidation price. Static floors, as at Mubite and HyroTrader, do not rise with profit. See trailing vs static drawdown.
- Match leverage to the daily limit. A 3% daily limit at Breakout or Propr is one bad 10x trade on a 0.3% move. Crypto Fund Trader's 2-Phase and HyroTrader's Two-Step allow 5%.
Trade-offs among high leverage crypto prop firms
HyroTrader has the highest stated leverage and Bybit's per-pair limits, but its static 3% to 5% daily floor and 5% to 10% maximum floor will end a large position quickly, and funded positions are capped at twice the initial balance in notional. Read the HyroTrader review.
Crypto Fund Trader gives 1:100 with no per-trade cap, which is the most usable leverage on paper. The catch is the 6% trailing floor on the 1-Phase and 1:5 on smaller, Instant, Ascend and Break accounts. See the Crypto Fund Trader review.
Mubite pairs 1:100 with a static floor fixed for the whole evaluation, but the 3% per-trade cap makes full leverage dangerous. See the Mubite review.
Klein Funding offers Bybit's own leverage, but Cleo is limited to 1:5 and every Bybit trade must stay open 50 seconds. See the Klein Funding review.
The lowest-leverage firms
Six multi-asset firms allow 1:3.33 or less on crypto CFDs: The5ers (1:2, or 1:0.60 on Growth and Bootcamp), FundingPips, Goat Funded Trader and AquaFunded (1:2), RebelsFunding (1:2.5) and FTMO (1:3.33, or 1:1 on Swing). That is a feature of their CFD model, close to the 2:1 cap European regulators set for retail crypto CFDs in 2018. See the forex prop firms with crypto page, or the Bybit-connected firms for exchange-level leverage.
Frequently asked questions
Which crypto prop firm has the highest leverage?
HyroTrader, at up to 1:150 on Bitcoin and Ether on Bybit and BloFin, with 1:50 to 1:100 on most other pairs.
Is 1:100 leverage useful at a prop firm?
Only partly. Per-trade loss caps and daily floors limit position size. A 3% per-trade cap on $100,000 is hit by a $1,000,000 position on a 0.3% move.
Does leverage change once I am funded?
At some firms. Velotrade cuts Bitcoin from 10x to 5x when funded, and FundingPips cuts crypto from 1:2 to 1:1.
Which firm offers 1:100 with no per-trade loss cap?
Crypto Fund Trader publishes no per-trade cap on its 1:100 accounts on Bybit and Advanced MT5 or Match-Trader.
