Crypto Prop Firms With No Consistency Rule (2026)
Seven of the 27 active firms we track let one big day count in full on every plan. Here is who they are and what limits still apply.
Kraken-owned firm with two equity limits, $20 entry and on-demand USDC payouts
Hyperliquid perps from $25, no consistency rule, and 80% paid in USDC on chain with a public hash
Breakout's 1-step plans sold inside Kraken Pro from $20, paid to your Kraken wallet within 24 hours
Swiss-run firm with 715 crypto pairs across MT5, Match-Trader and a Bybit venue
Cheap one-phase crypto challenges with no consistency rule, but a tight static floor and no payout ledger
Short rulebook, static floors and daily USDC payouts, but unverifiable contracts and a $25K ceiling
Breakout and Kraken Prop are the cheapest crypto prop firms with no consistency rule, both starting at $20 for a $5,000 account with a static floor. Propr is the pick if you want to withdraw the moment you are in profit, because it pairs no consistency rule with on-demand USDC payouts and no waiting period. Velotrade suits traders who want proof, with a static floor on every plan and an Arbiscan link for each payout. In total, seven of the 27 active firms we checked in October 2026 skip the rule on every model: those four plus SizeProp, HyperPNL and BrightFunded.
What "no consistency rule" actually means
A consistency rule caps the share of your profit that a single day (or a single trade) may represent. Under a 40% rule, a trader with $1,000 of total profit cannot have one day that contributes more than $400, or the profit does not count yet. Firms use it to filter out lucky one-shot wins.
When a firm has no such rule, a single strong session counts in full toward the profit target and toward your payout. That is valuable in crypto, where volatility clusters: a few big days often carry a month of results.
No consistency rule does not mean no limits. Check for day-count rules and daily profit caps, which can bite just as hard.
Two substitutes show up often. Day-count rules require a number of qualifying days: Velotrade wants five days per phase that each close at least 0.8% up, and HyperPNL's 2-step asks for two and then three profitable days of at least 0.5%. Daily profit caps limit what one day can add: Goat Funded Trader counts at most $3,000 a day on funded accounts, E8 Pro counts 2% a day, and Crypto Fund Trader stops at $10,000 per day and per trade. The full mechanics are on our consistency rule explainer.
Crypto prop firms with no consistency rule, compared
| Firm | Entry price | Floor type | What still applies |
|---|---|---|---|
| Breakout | $20 | Static 3β6% (Spark trails) | 3% daily limit |
| Kraken Prop | $20 | Static 3β6% (Lite trails) | 3% daily limit; UK, Canada, India excluded |
| Propr | $25 | 1-Step static, 2-Step trails | 3% daily limit |
| SizeProp | $32 | Static 3β3.5% | 2% daily limit from 20:00 UTC |
| Velotrade | $40 | Static on every plan | 5 qualifying days at +0.8% |
| HyperPNL | $42 | Static | 2-step profitable-day count |
| BrightFunded | β¬47 | 2-Step static, 1-Step trails to +6% | 30-day wait for first payout |
Breakout and Kraken Prop run the same programme under two storefronts; the difference is distribution (Kraken Prop lives inside Kraken Pro and pays into your Kraken wallet) and country access. Breakout pays USDC on Ethereum only, which is the one real friction. See the Breakout review and the Kraken Prop review.
Propr pays USDC on chain on demand from a $20 minimum. Its 2-Step floor trails the equity high, so pick the 1-Step if a static floor matters. Details in the Propr review.
SizeProp states in its help centre that it imposes no consistency requirement, and its floor is unaffected by payouts. The trade-off is a narrow 2% daily limit and a single USDT-on-Ethereum payout rail. Read the SizeProp review.
Velotrade has the strongest overall record of the seven, but the qualifying-day rule means you cannot pass in one session. The Velotrade review covers it.
Firms that drop the rule on some plans only
Six more firms sell at least one plan without a consistency rule next to plans that carry one. The plan, not the brand, decides:
- FTMO: none on the 2-Step; the 1-Step and Instant carry one.
- Fundedbit: none on the 2-step.
- Funded Trader Markets: none on 2-Step Plus.
- Klein Funding: none on the Cleo plans; the Bybit plans use a Stability Score.
- AquaFunded: none on Instant Flex.
- Upscale: none on Basic and Accelerated without the API option.
Watch for renamed rules too. Klein Funding's Stability Score, Mubite's Funded Score, Cointracts' Profit Day Ratio and PropW's Consistency Ratio are all consistency rules under other labels. HyroTrader applies a profit-distribution cap of 40% of the target per day in every evaluation, and Dolvero gates promotion at 15%.
Checklist before you buy
- Confirm the rule for the exact model and phase you are buying, not the firm in general.
- Read the funded-stage rules separately. Mubite, for example, has no rule in the challenge but a Funded Score of 20% to 40% afterwards.
- Search the rulebook for "score", "ratio" and "distribution", the usual aliases.
- Look for day counts and daily profit caps that do the same job.
- Pair the absence of the rule with a static floor, so a strong day gives you both full credit and lasting room. Our trailing vs static drawdown page explains why.
The trade-off
Firms without a consistency rule tend to compensate elsewhere: tighter floors (SizeProp's 3%), single payout rails (Breakout, SizeProp) or qualifying days (Velotrade). If your style is steady and spread across many days, a consistency rule may cost you nothing, and a firm with wider drawdown could be the better buy. If you trade breakouts and news spikes, the rule is the first thing to eliminate. Frequently asked questions
Which crypto prop firms have no consistency rule at all?
At our October 2026 check: Breakout, Kraken Prop, Propr, SizeProp, Velotrade, HyperPNL and BrightFunded, on every model they sell.
Is a daily profit cap the same as a consistency rule?
Not technically, but it has a similar effect. Goat Funded Trader, E8 Pro and Crypto Fund Trader cap what one day can add even without a ratio rule.
Does HyroTrader have a consistency rule?
Yes. Its evaluations cap one day at 40% of the profit target on One-Step and Two-Step, and one trade at 50% on Zero-Step.
Which no-consistency firm is cheapest?
Breakout and Kraken Prop, both from $20 for a $5,000 account.
