This SizeProp review looks at a young Cayman Islands crypto prop firm that sells only single-phase evaluations, starts at $32 and pays a flat 80% of simulated profit in USDT. It is one of the cheaper ways into a funded crypto account we track, and one of the least forgiving once a trade goes against you.
Who runs SizeProp
The operator named in the terms is SIZ EDU Limited, a Cayman Islands company. The terms were last revised on 17 January 2026, and the firm itself says it went live in October 2025. Its homepage advertises backing from Igloo Inc, the group behind the Pudgy Penguins NFT brand, alongside self-reported counters (7,938 traders and $199 million in "prop capital issued" when we looked on 29 September 2026). None of those numbers appear in the legal documents, so treat them as marketing.
The more important line sits in the terms: every trade on the platform is simulated, and none reaches a live market. That matters because the site leans hard on a "powered by Hyperliquid" label.
Is it really on-chain?
No. Hyperliquid, and Bybit according to the firm's Trustpilot blurb, supply prices to an in-house terminal. Orders do not settle on any exchange, payouts are ordinary USDT transfers with no public ledger, and the withdrawal policy describes each payout as a discretionary reward. If verifiable on-chain records matter to you, the on-chain crypto prop firms page separates firms that publish transaction hashes from firms that only borrow the word.
How the SizeProp challenge works
There are two plans, both one phase, and neither has a deadline or a minimum number of trading days.
| Plan | Target | Daily limit | Max loss (static) | Sizes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Degen | 8% | 2% | 3% | $5Kβ$200K |
| Speedrun | 6.5% | 2% | 3.5% | $5Kβ$100K |
Only closed positions count toward the target. After you pass, Sumsub checks an ID and a liveness selfie, and only then is the funded account issued. You may hold one paid account at a time, whether that is an evaluation or a funded account.
The rules that matter most
Drawdown
The daily limit is recalculated once a day at 20:00 UTC from your balance and then fixed until the next reset, but it is enforced against live equity. The maximum floor is set from the starting balance and never moves, not even after a payout.
On a $10,000 Speedrun account the daily allowance is $200 and the hard floor is $9,650. If the balance reads $10,400 at the 20:00 UTC snapshot, the next day's daily floor becomes $10,192 while the $9,650 line stays put. You can model your own numbers with the drawdown calculator.
A 3% static floor on Degen means one bad leveraged trade can end the account. The low fee buys you very little margin for error.
The floor used to trail. Reviewers noted the switch to static in mid-May 2026, matching a rules-page revision dated 12 May 2026. Our trailing vs static drawdown guide explains why that change helps.
Consistency, stop-loss, weekends and news
- Consistency: none on either plan, which is rare. See firms with no consistency rule.
- Stop-loss: optional, and there is no per-trade loss cap.
- Weekends and overnight: holding is allowed.
- News: trading through releases is allowed.
- Banned: copy trading, off-the-shelf "pass the challenge" bots and high-frequency trading. Hedging only within one account.
Leverage is low: 5x on BTC, tokenised gold (XAUT) and SPCX, and 2x on everything else, ETH included. Fees are 0.055% per side plus a 0.0167% holding charge every eight hours.
Costs and value per $10K
Degen runs from $32 at $5,000 to $921 at $200,000. Speedrun runs from $50 to $777. There are no add-ons now; the 90% and 95% split upgrades were removed in October 2026.
Counting the fee plus one reset at the same price, Degen works out to about $122 per $10,000 of funding at the $10K size and falls to roughly $92 at $200K. Speedrun costs around 1.5 times as much at most sizes, roughly $155 to $209 per $10K, in exchange for a lower target and an extra half-point of floor. The firm refuses refunds, and it pays by crypto through Confirmo (USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL) or by card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Compare entry prices on the cheapest crypto prop firms list.
Payouts
Funded traders can ask for a payout at any time from $50 of profit, with no waiting period and no ceiling. The split is a fixed 80%. Payment goes out as USDT on Ethereum only, after a review the firm does not put a time on. Reviewers have reported anything from seven hours to about 30 hours, and two one-star reviews describe requests stuck for two weeks. While a request is open you cannot trade, and one reviewer hit a payout bug in May 2026 that the firm says it fixed.
Before requesting, close every position and order and finish KYC. There is no third-party payout tracker listing for the firm. The payout calculator shows what an 80% split leaves you after fees.
What changed in October 2026
- Speedrun replaced the old 1-Step under rules dated 19 October 2026. Existing 1-Step accounts keep their 10% target, 3% daily and 5% floor.
- Degen prices fell about 10% ($36 to $32 at $5K, $1,020 to $921 at $200K).
- The split became a fixed 80%. The help centre and homepage still say "up to 95%", so do not count on it.
- The $200,000 Degen size went on sale by 11 October 2026.
The rules page also still describes a 2-Step plan that the checkout does not sell. Every change is tracked in our rule change log.
Who can join
The restricted-country list, dated 24 March 2026, names the United Arab Emirates, China, Vietnam, Russia and a long list of sanctioned states. The United States, the UK and India are not on it. Because KYC happens after you pass, someone from a blocked country can pay and pass before being stopped, so check the list before buying.
SizeProp review verdict
SizeProp is a real, operating firm with a named Cayman entity, published rules on one page and a steady stream of reviewers reporting paid withdrawals. Its strengths are a very low entry price, no consistency rule, no minimum days and a floor that no longer trails.
Its weaknesses are just as clear. The floors are among the tightest in crypto prop trading, leverage is capped at 5x, payouts depend on a discretionary review with no public record, and the marketing implies on-chain trading that the terms deny.
Suits: disciplined traders who size small, use stops voluntarily and want a cheap, untimed single phase. Avoid if: you need room for swing trades, want verifiable payouts or live in the UAE. If payout proof is your priority, read our Velotrade review or the HyperPNL review before deciding.
Frequently asked questions
Is SizeProp legit?
Yes. SIZ EDU Limited in the Cayman Islands operates it under published terms, and reviewers report receiving USDT payouts. There is no public payout ledger, and every payout is described as discretionary.
Does SizeProp trade on Hyperliquid?
No. Its terms say all trading is simulated and no order reaches a live market. Hyperliquid is a price source for the in-house terminal.
What is the SizeProp drawdown?
A 2% daily limit reset at 20:00 UTC from balance, plus a static maximum loss of 3% on Degen and 3.5% on Speedrun, both enforced on equity.
How fast does SizeProp pay?
There is no stated time. Payouts follow a manual review; reviewers report 7 to 30 hours, with a few cases pending for around two weeks.
Can I still get a 90% or 95% split at SizeProp?
No. Since October 2026 every account pays a fixed 80%, even though some help pages still mention higher splits.
