This archive holds our September 2026 crypto prop firm changes, along with anything older: everything we logged during our first full pass over the firms we track, which ran on 29 and 30 September 2026, plus a few older dated changes we traced back through firm changelogs and documents. Most entries here are corrections and first-time values rather than firm-side moves, because this was the month we built the baseline. The current month's entries are on the main crypto prop firm rule changes log.
Only a minority of the entries below are changes the firms made themselves. The rest show where our first reading of a firm's pages was incomplete or out of date, which is a useful reminder to check any firm's live terms before you buy.
How this archive is labelled
- Firm change: the firm itself altered a rule, price, model or access condition.
- Correction: we had recorded the wrong value and fixed it after re-reading the firm's pages.
- Addition: a blank field received its first value.
Where a firm-side change has no confirmed date, we say so. Entries dated before September come from the firm's own changelogs or document headers, recorded when we found them.
September 2026 crypto prop firm changes by date
30 September 2026
- Bitfunded, firm change: a timed Day Trader challenge (1, 2, 4 or 8 hours, entry $50 to $400, payout boost of 2x to 5x) appeared for the first time, and 1-step Express dropped off the pricing tabs while staying in the FAQ.
- Bitfunded, correction: the full price ladders are 2-step $79 to $799 ($5,000 to $100,000), 1-step $99 to $1,399 ($5,000 to $150,000; $149 at $10,000), and Instant $129, $249 and $449 at $2,500, $5,000 and $10,000. We had filed the Instant prices under Day Trader, which is a separate product.
- Bitfunded, additions: KYC kicks in at $10,000 cumulative profit, before further withdrawals. The operator is Tronovix LTD in the UAE, with arbitration in Ras Al Khaimah. The Instant plan's daily limit is 3%, as the homepage table shows, not the 4% in the FAQ. The site was live and selling on 30 September; we found no source for a claim that the business was frozen, and a similarly named Trustpilot domain belongs to someone else.
- HyroTrader, additions: the service is provided by HYRO TECHNOLOGIES FZ-LLC in the RAKEZ free zone, UAE, while HYROTRADER TECHNOLOGIES LTD in the British Virgin Islands owns the platform and runs the funded phase. Samuel Drnda is named as founder and CEO in a January 2026 press release. A public payout feed showed Solana or TRC20 transaction IDs. Leverage on Bybit followed Bybit's per-pair limits (mostly 50x to 100x on altcoins), with Cleo at 10x by default and up to 100x.
- HyroTrader, corrections: the paid Swing drawdown upgrade was priced per size ($88 to $1,268 on 2-step, $108 to $1,718 on 1-step), not a flat $89. Our cost-per-$10,000 figures now include one reset.
- Crypto Fund Trader, corrections: the 1-Phase and 2-Phase price ranges had been stored under each other's names. 1-Phase runs $40 to $1,199 and 2-Phase $58 to $1,250 for $5,000 to $200,000; Instant is $125, $240 and $475. The models on sale are Instant, 1-Phase (sold as Accelerated), 2-Phase (sold as Evaluation), Ascend and Break.
- Crypto Fund Trader, additions: the operator is SWISS RLCRATES AG in Zug, Switzerland. A $1 trial buys a $1,000 2-phase evaluation (targets of 8% then 5%, a 5% daily and 10% trailing limit, 1:100 leverage). The "Proof of Scholarship Reserves" page turned out to be a table of users' simulated results, not evidence of firm assets.
- Breakout, additions: the daily floor is set from the balance at 00:30 UTC excluding open positions, but breaches are measured on equity, so open losses count. The leverage conflict is settled: Breakout's 12 August 2026 announcement raised BTC and two index products from 5x to 10x, SOL from 2x to 5x and HYPE from 2x to 3x. The agreement annex dated 27 August still shows the older index figures and is out of date.
- Upscale, addition and correction: Turbo now covers $5,000 to $100,000, up from $5,000 to $25,000 a day earlier. Crypto Turbo prices are $229, $449, $899, $1,499 and $2,999, about 3.8 times the Basic price at $10,000, far above an earlier estimate of 1.1 times.
- RebelsFunding, correction: payouts are available through RiseWorks, a supported crypto method, bank transfer or another approved route.
- Velotrade, additions: Gianluca Pizzituti is CEO and Vittorio De Angelis executive chairman. The first and second payouts are each capped at 20 times the challenge fee, with any excess forfeited (terms updated 1 July 2026).
- WenCrypto, addition: the Genesis instant challenge shows Coming Soon, with no price, in every size.
- Mubite, addition: the 2-step minimum appeared as 13 days on the rules page on 27 September and 10 days on the pricing table on 30 September. We logged it as a conflict.
- E8 Markets, addition and correction: the lineup was E8 One and E8 Pro (Forex or Perpetual), plus E8 Signature (Forex only, $25,000 to $150,000). Full price ladders were taken from the public configurator.
- FundingPips, correction: the plain 1 Step is no longer sold. The lineup is 2 Step Standard, Flex and Pro, 1 Step Flex, Zero, a free trial and the Prime post-funding stage.
- AquaFunded, correction: the pricing table sells fewer models than we had listed: Instant Funding (Standard, Pro, Flex), 1-Step (Standard, Flex) and 2-Step (Standard, Pro, Elite).
- Goat Funded Trader, correction: the configurator sold 1-Step, 2-Step GOAT and Standard, Instant HERO, GOAT and PREMIUM, and the Goat Blitz promo. There was no 3-Step.
- Funded Trader Markets, correction: 1-Step Nitro X is on a marketing page only and cannot be bought.
- BrightFunded, addition: the US is absent from the restricted-country list, though residents and citizens of the US and UAE cannot use MT5.
29 September 2026
- Breakout, firm changes (exact date unknown): the 2-step was withdrawn, leaving 1-Step Classic, Pro and Turbo plus a $50,000 trailing Spark account that sold out on 29 September. Daily loss is 3% across Classic, Pro and Turbo. Leverage now runs 10x on BTC, 5x on ETH, SOL and about 20 others, 3x on a smaller group and 2x on small alts, with indices at 10x and up to 40x on Spark. The cheapest account fell from $35 to $20, and the US is no longer listed as restricted. Compare it with HyroTrader vs Breakout.
- HyroTrader, firm change: a stop-loss is no longer mandatory. It had to be set within five minutes of opening, with at most 3% of the initial balance at risk. The exact date is unconfirmed. Our stop-loss rules guide covers which firms still require one.
- HyroTrader, addition: a 40% single-day cap applied in evaluation only.
- The5ers, corrections: nine fields were rebuilt after we found our first read came from an outdated page.
- Models: 1-Step Growth (Pro Growth and Hyper Growth), 2-Step High Stakes in New (10/5) and Classic (8/5) versions, 3-Step Bootcamp, and a limited Summer Plan at $100,000 and $200,000 only.
- Prices: High Stakes New $19 to $405 and Classic $22 to $455 for $2,500 to $100,000; Pro Growth $52 to $329; Hyper Growth $260 to $850; Bootcamp split into an upfront fee and a fee on funding.
- Drawdown: High Stakes 10% maximum and 5% daily up to $25,000, 8% and 4% at $50,000 and $100,000; Growth 6% with a 3% daily pause; Bootcamp 5% in evaluation and 4% funded. See daily drawdown rules.
- Consistency: the standard programmes publish none; only the Summer Plan uses 50%.
- Refunds: High Stakes gives back 10% of the fee in hub credit after the first step, 20% after the second and 70% in cash with the first payout; Growth and Bootcamp fees are not refunded.
- Payouts: bi-weekly, first after 14 days, $150 minimum after the split, with per-payout caps on High Stakes ($3,000 at $50,000; $4,000 at $100,000).
- Leverage: 1:100 on High Stakes, 1:30 on Growth and Bootcamp, crypto at a 50% margin rate.
- Legal entity: the UK company 12553363 in London is named as website operator, with an Israeli company also named in the FAQ.
- Dolvero, addition: the crypto 2-step limits are 6% static and 4% daily per the rules, terms and FAQ. The launch changelog's 8% and 5% was never updated, and the rules take precedence.
- Fundedbit, addition: the Fast Track tab listed a $5 activation charge but no price for the evaluation itself, so we left it off the model list for now.

What September tells you about crypto prop firm data
The first full pass showed how often a firm's own pages disagree with each other. Mubite gave two different minimum-day counts in three days, Bitfunded's FAQ and homepage gave different Instant daily limits, Breakout's agreement annex lagged its leverage announcement, and Dolvero's changelog contradicted its rules. In each case we recorded the conflict and followed the document the firm treats as binding.
It also showed how easily a product line drifts. Several firms list models in help centres or marketing pages that are no longer sold, so we now take the model list from the live checkout or configurator. For the rules that most often catch traders out, start with our consistency rule guide and the trailing vs static drawdown explainer. Our methodology explains how each value is verified.
Frequently asked questions
What were the main crypto prop firm changes in September 2026?
Breakout dropped its 2-step, cut its cheapest account from $35 to $20 and raised leverage to 10x on BTC. HyroTrader stopped requiring a stop-loss. Bitfunded added a timed Day Trader challenge and moved 1-step Express off its pricing tabs.
Why are so many September entries corrections?
September was our baseline month. Re-reading each firm's live checkout and terms exposed outdated pages, swapped price labels and models that were no longer sold, and each fix is logged openly.
Why does the archive include changes dated before September?
Some firm-side changes, such as Propr's changelog versions from February and March 2026 or Breakout's July and August rule documents, were found during the September pass. They are dated by the firm's own document, not the day we found them.
Where are the newer entries?
October 2026 and later entries are on the main change log at /changes/, newest first.
